As a HR intern, I have gained diverse experience in various aspects of human resources. My responsibilities have included conducting phone screenings, assisting candidates before interviews, and managing documentation and filing. I have also handled tasks related to claims processing, including checking and amending claims, and assigned tasks for the first screening process.
Additionally, I have organized and led events such as Hammer Appreciation Day, where I acted as the MC and guided other interns in the event's execution. My role has also involved logistical support, like purchasing pantry refreshments and preparing work documents for events.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Technology Management, where I have gained knowledge in both technical and managerial aspects of industrial operations. My coursework covers topics such as process optimization, project management, quality control, and supply chain management. This education has provided me with the skills to effectively oversee and improve industrial processes, which I have applied during my hands-on experience as an HR intern.
