• Designed several conceptual designs for a part of a prototype bicycle.
• Collaborated with senior project engineers to optimize product performance, durability, and manufacturability
• Designed a custom jig to hold a treadmill roller. The setup is used to do test runs of prototype bicycles where the performance, calibration and electrical systems test takes place.

• Executed high-precision dimensional measurements on 50+ prototype LCD modules a day using digital microscopy to verify tolerances within ±0.25mm.
• Prepared and maintained data sheets for analysis to support accuracy improvements in LCD assembly line.
• Created a test method to evaluate dust particles from the screw through blow feeding system. Utilized digital microscopy to document dust particles.
• Assisted on audits and Lean Management in the assembly line.
