Currently working in a BPO company as a customer service representative cooperates with Companies Commission Of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, SSM) since 2020 on contract basis (ending on December 31st 2023). It has enable me to be an active listener, effective communicator, and being able to measure & evaluate any conflicts either face-to-face public/clients or through online end user.
Furthermore, a three-month of industrial training at National Archive (Johor Bahru branch) in 2018 had exposed me to numerous practical learning and managerial knowledge. Also, having to work in F&B industry during short semester had instilled me with many challenges yet, joyful working environment.
