- Perform Assistant Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing
- Perform Hardness Test (VICKER and BRINELL)
- Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection and evaluate the defects
- Perform Dye penetration inspection and follow procedure given by level III
- Quality control will determine and communicate which parts will be inspected.
- Calibrated NDT tools such as magnetic yoke current and effectiveness to find any defect
- Perform after repair inspection
- Review PAUT, HT and MPI procedure
- Produced and submitted report for HT, DPI and MPI
- Communicated and follow up with level III if any problem with work or reporting
