Co-ordinate appropriate consideration of safety requirements with sub-contracts, engineering and construction personnel as assigned; provide safety technical support and assistance to projects and co-ordinate safety requirements and formulation of risk reduction measures with project-assigned safety personnel, engineering, construction and the on-siteHSE representatives during construction.
To draftcomprehensive HSE plans,project specific risk reduction plans, safety awarenesstraining programmes and technical reports.
To providerecommendations and input for revisingsafety procedures, work processes and other qualityimprovement measures.
Conduct safetyinspections/assessments of projectconstruction activities to monitor compliance with applicable safetyand health requirements including contractual commitments, permits and the project’s HSE plan.
Providing technical support and assistance directly to construction supervision and sub-contractors in planning and executing field activities in accordance with the project safety requirements.

safety and healthawareness training programmes and technical and regulatory reports.
