Through this experience, we were able to improve our practical skills in computer system maintenance and technical support. We gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, formatting PC, installing windows, activating Microsoft product keys, installing Microsoft office, performing data backup and recovery, and preparing network cables. These tasks helped us understand the importance of proper system setup, data protection, and reliable computer performance in daily ICT operations
