10 months experience working in Huawei Indonesia as Project Controller. Supported digitalization for Telkomsel account, dismantle material PIC in Bali Nusra and lately been assigned as PC for national-level project, KCIC. Mainly working on planning, progress monitoring and reporting. 1.5 years under Huawei Malaysia (AP DOC) which focus on EHS and quality compliance during project delivery.
An independent and self-motivated individual graduated with first-class honor in Industrial Engineering. Has a proven abilityin time management, analytical skill and adaptability under uncertainties while maintaining high standard of work.
Currently working as Project Controller in Indonesia Huawei PMO dept. Self learned to create simple RPA and PBI to optimize daily routine work. Assigned to support Telkomsel project Bali Nusra region to improve dismantle material inbound process. Achieved 700% improvement for inbound rate within 1 month. Supporting national level project (KCIC) at the moment as dedicated project controller.
Joined as Delivery Operation Center Engineer in Huawei Malaysia for a year. Key focus on quality control of project delivery. As part of the quality team, I get the chance to understand the basic concept and standard of EHS and telco wireless installation.
After 6 months joining Philippines Rep. Office team, I take up the responsibility as a team leader of 26 members. In this position, my main task is on data analysis, KPI management, operation management, resource management, building SOP and guidelines, providing constructive solutions and improvement plan to project team.
Out of 160+ colleagues, was 1 of the 5 chosen to join Indonesia Huawei.
Was an Industrial Engineering (IE) graduates from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). I have a strong background on lean manufacturing process where optimization is the key factor. By having Man, Material, Machine and Money (4M) come into their places, the synergism from it will certainly brings beneficial impact to any processes. Surely, as an IE, I believe this will be part of my profession responsibility to realize it!
