Sarah Anessofea

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Science and Geomatics (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where I also completed a Diploma in Geomatics Science. I have a strong passion for mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), especially in using spatial data to support smart, informed decision-making. My thesis, "Assessing Urban Heat Islands between Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu," highlights my deep interest in geospatial analysis.

Through my internship at Jabatan Ukur Tanah dan Pemetaan (JUPEM) Selangor, I developed practical skills in land surveying, gaining experience in both cadastral and topographic surveys. I further broadened my knowledge during a six-month internship at Antaragrafik Systems Sdn Bhd, where I worked on GIS-based projects that strengthened my capabilities in spatial data management, mapping software, data analysis, and geospatial modeling.

I have a Diploma in Geomatics Science and Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Mara and later on I pursue my bachelor degree in the same field.
