I am a Business Administration student specializing in Management and Entrepreneurship, with hands-on experience in customer service, hospitality, event coordination, and cultural performances. I enjoy turning ideas and plans into action—whether it’s managing guest experiences, supporting event operations, or ensuring smooth workflows in fast-paced environments.

I am currently seeking an internship opportunity in business administration, hospitality management, event coordination, or customer experience, where I can grow, contribute, and gain exposure to real business environments. I am motivated to assist with daily operations, event execution, guest management, and administrative support while further developing my skills.

During my experience in hotels, F&B, and campus events, I contributed to enhancing guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and supporting successful event execution. I perform well under pressure and enjoy the challenge of adapting quickly, solving problems in real time, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

I bring a mix of technical skills (event setup, banquet operations, check-in/check-out management, food preparation, Microsoft Office) and strong soft skills such as communication, teamwork, discipline, time management, and customer service. I am also detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, someone who takes responsibility seriously and ensures follow-through on commitments.
