Have 1 year experience in Production monitoring and quality inspection. Have knowledge in food safety, Halal, HACCP, GMP. Currentl, I’m working in a duck processing company for ready cooked, ready to cook and retort products. I am seeking for career development and opportunities to grow.

• Ensure the raw materials safety and quality are controlled and maintained.
• Ensure all the workers comply with personal hygiene practices and wear proper PPE prior entering production.
• Ensure the CCP of the product is well maintained and controlled throughout the production (eg: critical limit)
• Carry out sensory and salt content.
• Carry out R&D 
• Sourcing new ingredients from supplier for R&D purpose
• Perform other related task related to Quality Control as assigned by the QA/QC Head

• Perform hazard analysis worksheet
• Update product specification
• Responsible for ingredient room layout (allergen control)
• Perform validation
• Perform mock recall yearly
• Prepare product fitting for newly launch products
