Responsible for preparing operational and audit reports, conducting investigations on outlet issues, and monitoring store compliance with company SOP, hygiene, and halal requirements. Involved in audit planning, operational analysis, and reporting directly to AGM and Directors regarding operational findings, compliance matters, and improvement actions. Also support staff training, outlet inspections, inventory monitoring, and coordination with outlet teams to improve operational efficiency, customer service quality, and overall business performance.
