Hi I am a recent grad from UiTM Permatang Pauh. Successfully applied my knowledge during my internship, equipped with a solid commitment to provide high-quality support to the management for consistent growth and development in the industry. Also experience in dealing with customers, have a strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. Ready to contribute and I am enthusiastic about embracing new learning opportunities tailored to any role.

I have 8 months of experience as an engineering trainee. I helped supervise building work in Georgetown, Pulau Pinang, including piling and pile cap construction. I also inspected pile cap reinforcement to ensure it met design specs.

Additionally, I worked as a cashier at Domino's Pizza, serving 40-50 customers per shift. I maintained an organized store, managed transactions, and ensured excellent customer service. Warmly welcome 40-50 customers per shift, providing prompt customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Maintain a clean and organised inventory, ensuring an efficient store layout for customer access and satisfaction. Manage the transaction system including cash, credit, returns and refund to guarantee a consistent and accurate cashflow.

I graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
