Tan Ee Ming

I am Tan Ee Ming recently studying at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with a Bachelor of Management (Hons) major in Finance and a minor in Psychology. My working experiences at MLS Holidays - Incentives and Business Travel Expert give me a solid understanding of operations to establish product and marketing development. My previous work experiences at EduSuperhero Sdn.

Bhd also provided me with some expertise in administrative support, including the best practice for managing and implementing office work procedures. Apart from these, I actively participated in various volunteering and extra-curricular activities to develop self-confidence, collaboration, and leadership skills, preparing me to take the next step into a career-building role.

• Modification of an existing tour product and its presentation
• Entirely new tour product that satisfies a newly defined customer want and market niche
• Scheduling and creating social media content including post updates, videos, and photographs
• Communicates politely and professionally via phone, e-mail, and letter
