• Tool owner for Poly Etcher (LAM Alliance 9400 PTX)
• Support etch process line sustaining
• Monitor process performance indices on qualified process to maintain performance
• Identify process related issues through daily APC, SPC & IEP Spectraview Endpoint review
• Work closely with equipment team & manufacturing team to ensure process line daily uptime
• Ensure the scrap, production yield & cycle time reduction targets are met
• Basic knowledge in LAM 2300 Kiyo, LAM 2300 Versys, TCP 9600 & P5000 Narrow Gap tools as well as the DD issue & disposition of the lots related to these etching tools
• Conducted root cause analysis on tool issues & planned & carried out necessary DOE to narrow down the possible root cause & initiate corrective & preventive actions & cascaded to MNT team
• Successfully closed 6 PSR items (Cpk Improvement) & 5 DI item (DI Improvement) by working with PI & MIG
• Assisted Team Lead in New Process Transfer from Villach
