Wan Ting

My name is Chin Wan Ting, I am from Malaysia. Recently just graduated with my Bachelor's degree in international business management. As a fresh graduate, I keen to work in the marketing industry, it is because the industry nowadays are keep growing, changing, and Technology has evolved so quickly, meaning that marketing has had to adapt and evolve rapidly. It Offers Opportunities for Growth!

I have been participating in many extra-curricular activities during my studies. For example, I'm the President of the Student Council at FAME International College during my diploma studies (2018/2019). I led a team of 16 members and facilitated all planning and discussion processes by providing clear objectives and an agenda. My team has achieved a great performance year through creating various activities such as Halloween Party 2018, Prom Night 2019, and Freshman outdoor activity.

Meanwhile, I am also active as Volunteer Adult at St.John Ambulance Sarawak. I have experience in organising events as the main coordinator, leading and working with the team on clearly defined, time-limited projects. My active involvement in extra-curricular activities has helped me in developing my communication and leadership skills.

During my undergraduate degree studies, I gained research knowledge and trained myself to learn independently and work collaboratively. I demonstrated this further in my independent project on research on online games preferences and its influencing factors. My strong sense of responsibility has assisted me to achieve First Class Honours at the University of Cumbria.
