As a fresh graduate studying in B.Sc. (HONS) Food Science and Nutrition course, seeking to utilise my skills and knowledge to serve the company effectively. Willing to learn and work in a team with dedicated and committed way. Also, great enthusiasm in learning, stay driven and motivated in achieving goals.
For the past 6-months of internship, I have been assigned the role as a product development intern in a food manufacturing company, which mainly producing instant beverage products. My routine tasks are assisting the lab food technologist, for instance sample preparation for sensory tastings, preparation of Nutrition Facts and Ingredient List (NFIL), preparation of market prototype for new product development project, raw material assessment, product stability tests, simple laboratory tests, etc.
