My name is Kong Xiang Joe, I am 21 years old. I am currently majoring in Bachelor of Degree in Actuarial Science at Asia Pacific University (APU). I have gained relevant actuarial knowledge and abilities, also the use of Microsoft Office and R studio to complete data collecting and analysis.

I worked at Digi as a salesperson, helping to serve customers, promoting product benefits, and also discussing pricing with interested customers, and finally closing the deal. I gained experiences and skills from that part-time such as communication skills and customer service skills. In addition, I have also improved my communication and teamwork abilities, which I'll use in the future.

I have no professional experience.

I am currently majoring in Bachelor of Actuarial Science at Asia Pacific University (APU). Our course in APU is focusing on Actuarial Studies, such as Calculus, Statistics, Financial Accounting, as well as Probability Model for the first year as a basic. Moreover, Regression Analysis, Predictive Analysis, and Financial Statement Analysis for data analysis, also Financial Management, Financial Planning and Control, and Financial Economics for business and economics knowledge.

Furthermore, during the module at university, I learned how to use Microsoft Office, such as Word to write reports and assignments, PowerPoint to create slides for presentations, and Excel to complete data collection and analysis for specific modules such as Predictive Analysis and Regression Analysis. In addition, I learned how to utilize the coding software, R studio, to perform data collecting, analysis, and statistics. As a result, I believe I have gained relevant actuarial knowledge and abilities that I will bring to the organization.
