I have experience in conducting assessments and providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. The therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Schema therapy, Applied Behavioural analysis, occupational therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, expressive therapy, and more.
I have earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honours from HELP University, and my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health from Swansea University, United Kingdom.
