Job description

  • The Role
We are seeking a skilled Admin & Program Manager to oversee program delivery, office administration, and partnership engagement. This role is critical to ensuring programs are implemented effectively, operations run smoothly, and strategic partnerships are developed to advance our mission.

You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and partners to ensure programs are well-coordinated, compliant, and impactful.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Program Management: Plan, implement, and monitor programs/projects; track progress against targets and KPIs.
  • Event & Workshop Coordination: Organize outreach programs, workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Financial & Compliance Support: Assist with budget tracking, petty cash, and donor compliance requirements.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and donors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
