Role Overview
We are looking for Client Acquisition Partners who are comfortable engaging with founders, entrepreneurs, and decision makers and introducing them to EmmaGenesWorld’s strategic services.
This is a performance-based partnership role, designed for individuals who prefer results-driven earnings and autonomy rather than a traditional salaried position.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying organizations that could benefit from our services and initiating professional conversations that lead to client engagements.
You will not be responsible for delivering the services.
Our internal team handles research, analysis, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify startups, SMEs, and organizations that may require strategic research or operational support
- Initiate professional conversations with founders and decision makers
- Introduce EmmaGenesWorld where relevant
- Maintain relationships with prospects you introduce
- Schedule discovery conversations between prospects and the EmmaGenesWorld leadership team
Compensation
- This role operates on a performance-based compensation structure.
- Partners earn revenue participation on every successful client engagement they originate.
•Because engagements are often structured as retainers, this creates the potential for recurring commissions tied to client contracts.
- There is no cap on earnings, and income grows with the number and size of successful engagements.
