Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Cloud Administrator based in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Cloud

Administrator will manage and maintain cloud-based systems, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure and efficient infrastructure.

Responsibilities include configuring and deploying cloud solutions, implementing best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of trends and advancements in cloud technology to enhance organizational IT operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cloud Administration and deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud-based environments
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Experience in System Administration and Infrastructure management
• Knowledge of Network Security and best practices for securing cloud-based and on-premises systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes and solutions clearly
