Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from relational (e.g., SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB).
• Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Present data-driven insights to senior management and other stakeholders in an understandable and actionable format.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and analysis methods to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
