Document Controller

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all project documents and records
• Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control

• Distribute documents to project teams and relevant departments

• Track incoming and outgoing project documents

• Maintain document registers and support document archiving

• Assist project teams with documentation and reporting requirements
