About the Role
- The Facility Manager will be responsible for theoverall management, maintenance, and optimization of facilities across multiple locations, ensuring all systems — especially HVAC and mechanical infrastructure— operate efficiently and reliably.
- This role requires ahands-on, technically sound professional with deep experience infacility operations within QSR, FMCG, retail, or hospitality environments.
- The ideal candidate will drivepreventive maintenance strategies, vendor management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Facility Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all facilities across locations.
- Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems, chillers, ventilation systems, and building services.
- Develop and implementpreventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor facility performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Lead the management of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across all sites.
- Ensure proper maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets.
- Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement safety policies and emergency response procedures.
- Support expansion projects, including new site setup and facility design input.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure facilities align with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in facility management processes.
- Minimum of 10 years experiencein Facility Management.
- Proven experience within QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
- Strong, hands-on experience managing HVAC systems and MEP infrastructure(non-negotiable).
- Experience managing multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of facility management systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance standards.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g.,IFMA, COREN, NSE) are an added advantage.
- Efficient and reliable facility operations across all locations.
- Reduced downtime and improved system performance (especially HVAC).
- Strong cost control and optimized maintenance processes.
- High compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
