Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of OurPass MFB. This position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with other senior executives.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision -making processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Oversee accounting, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Manage debt financing activities, including sourcing debt capital, negotiating loan agreements, and maintaining relationships with lenders.<\/span><\/span>

• Lead due diligence processes and integration efforts.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Evaluate and recommend debt structuring strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and minimize financing costs.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Monitor debt covenants and compliance requirements, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to contractual obligations.<\/span><\/span>

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.<\/span><\/span>

• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to develop and review budgets and forecasts.<\/span><\/span>

  <\/span><\/li>

• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance metrics and variances.<\/span><\/span>

• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field MBA: or advanced degree preferred.<\/span><\/span>

    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.<\/span><\/span>

      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • 7+ years proven experience as a Fiancial controller or in a senior finance leadership role.<\/span><\/span>

        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        • Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance.<\/span><\/span>

          <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          • Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.<\/span><\/span>

            <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/span><\/span>

              <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              • Experience in the Banking Industry.<\/span><\/span>
