About the Role

Strivolabs is recruiting a Full Stack Engineer for a financial services client building digital banking platforms and customer-facing financial applications.

The engineer will work across frontend and backend systems, developing scalable web applications and APIs that power modern financial services.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

  • Develop responsive and intuitive interfaces using ReactJS and modern web technologies.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
Backend Development
  • Build backend services and APIs using NestJS.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and secure data handling mechanisms.
Platform Development
  • Design and develop web applications supporting digital banking and financial service operations.
  • Implement integrations with core banking systems and third-party platforms.
Data & System Design
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
  • Maintain efficient data access and application performance.
Engineering Practices
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous integration workflows.
Production Support
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting production systems.
  • Support system reliability and operational stability.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS
  • Strong proficiency in NestJS
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience building RESTful APIs
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of MySQL is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
