Role Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Developer for a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, write high-quality code, and integrate front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing technical issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring seamless deployment.

The role will also involve participating in code reviews, staying up-to-date with new technologies, and providing input on project timelines and execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
• Proficiency in back-end development with programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
• Experience with databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), APIs, and RESTful architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
