Its flagship initiative, SmartStart Bootcamp, provides global digital skills training for high school students. The organization emphasizes youth-led change supported by mentorship, opportunity, and purpose, and currently operates in Nigeria, Canada, the UK, and the USA. Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking exceptional, dynamic Tech Educators, AI Researchers, and Software Professionals who can break down complex conceptual technical architectures into engaging, practical milestones.

Compensation & Duration:

Format: Two-week hyper-focused intensive batches running Monday through Saturday.

Remuneration: 10,000 - 30,000 Naira per hour based on your experience and teaching ability.

Daily teaching hours 3-4hrs

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, high-energy interactive instructional blocks to global cohorts across specialized age divisions (Pre-Teen, Junior, Senior, or Post-Teen).
• Provide strategic technical oversight, supervise collaborative group projects, and evaluate student portfolios.
• Enforce a collaborative learning environment across international student groups.
• Provide real-world feedback during presentation practices and final project showcases.
• Must be present for the physical graduation in Lagos or Abuja.

Must Have

• Impeccable Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal clarity, clear enunciation, and the ability to command an online classroom effortlessly are absolute requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), automated workflows, prompt engineering, or modern multi-user digital design tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity
• Clear studio-quality audio hardware
• Professional remote-work environment.
• Nigerian with good English accent.
• AI Knowledge, Technical Expertise and Prompt Engineering

Nice to have

• Ability to shift your tone and teaching framework to match your assigned age bracket moving smoothly from a playful gamified style for pre-teens to professional mentorship for post-teens.
• Additional languages
