Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer based in Lagos. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing, and repairing faults, and ensuring that operational equipment is fully functional. Additional duties include collaboration with the engineering team to improve efficiency, conducting inspections, and contributing to facility safety and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance processes
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance practices
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering field
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is advantageous
