Responsibilities

• Develop IT software solutions including APIs and microservices.
• Participate in and support the Agile framework roles of planning, programming, testing, and analysis.
• Provide ongoing level 2 support for IT software solutions.
• Break down detailed specifications and implement business requirements based upon the needs of the company and the client
• Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner in a highly scalable web environment
• Participate in technical workshops and learning sessions with IT support stakeholders to ensure the continued stability and availability of the developed software solutions.
• Fulfill additional tasks as required by direct management.

Qualifications

Understanding of software development lifecycle.

2-3 years of programming experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.

Proven experience as a .NET Developer

Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. CLEAN Architecture)

Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

Ability to learn and adapt to emerging relevant technologies

Experience in the Financial and fintech space.

Ability to learn and adapt to emerging relevant technologies

Excellent troubleshooting, communication skills and attention to detaill.

Professional fluency in English is vital, both written and spoken.

Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.

A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
