Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Collaborate with contractors, other trades, and project managers to ensure the efficient coordination of plumbing work with construction schedules.
• Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues or malfunctions, and implement solutions to repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing clogged drains, repairing leaks, and replacing pipes or fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all plumbing activities.
• Test plumbing systems for proper functionality and performance, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Ensure and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and other equipment are in accordance with specifications.
• Handle and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to report progress, issues, and project updates.
• Provide guidance and assistance to apprentice plumbers or helpers on site as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum N.C.E
• 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
