Programs & Enrolment Coordinator
KWS Communication Institute is growing, and we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Program Assistant (Intern) to support the coordination and execution of all academy activities.
This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the Programs & Enrolment Coordinator and must be ready to support - and gradually execute - everything required to successfully run programs from planning to delivery.
This role is execution-heavy and designed as a career-building opportunity for someone serious about growth in program management, operations, marketing, or business development.
Assist in planning and executing trainings, workshops, and bootcamps
Support enrolment processes and participant onboarding
Coordinate schedules, facilitators, logistics, and class-day operations
Track program timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Maintain documentation, feedback forms, and reports
Ensure smooth communication between students, facilitators, and management
Assist with outreach and enrolment follow-ups
Support marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
Help track leads and prospective student engagement
Contribute ideas to improve enrolment and program experience
Engage with students and maintain professional communication
Support internal coordination meetings and action tracking
Step in to handle urgent tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Submit weekly task reports and program updates
Track enrolment numbers, follow-ups, and operational metrics
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Teachable, proactive, and solution-driven
Interested in building a career in program management, operations, marketing, or business development
Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
Available for a full-time onsite role in Ikeja
