Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for supporting project and program management activities, maintaining project portfolio governance, tracking project progress, reporting on key metrics, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, and assisting with resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Portfolio Management to ensure effective oversight and successful execution of projects
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience in Project Management practices, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Knowledge of standard project management tools and frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
- Any relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, are an added advantage
