Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff schedules, supervision, and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and being a Chef is an added advantage.
