Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, supervision, and performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and being a Chef is an added advantage.
