Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate- SMB for a full-time remote role.
The Sales
Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential small-to-medium business (SMB) clients, building lasting relationships, generating leads, and expanding the customer base. This role involves conducting online product presentations, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to support their operations. Accurate record-keeping of sales activities and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in using CRM tools and maintaining up-to-date client records
- Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Understanding of the SMB sector, with familiarity in emerging markets being a plus
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
