Senior Backend Developer (Python/Django)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Build secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications
• Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
• Optimize database performance and application scalability
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection systems
• Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, AI APIs, messaging APIs, etc.)
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
• Implement background jobs, queues, and microservices architecture where required
• Monitor application performance, uptime, and security

Requirements:

• Minimum OND
• 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
