Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, mentor less-experienced developers, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, improving development workflows, and participating in planning and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills with advanced proficiency in Python.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
- Solid background in Software Development practices, including testing, debugging, version control, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience working with Databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, apply software design patterns, and follow clean code principles.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring development teams and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with containerization, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Banking or Fintech Experience is a plus.
