Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Abuja.

Manager will oversee daily operations, focusing on achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing loss prevention strategies, optimizing store layouts, and fostering a welcoming customer environment. Collaboration with team members to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operational processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Store Management and/or Retail Loss Prevention expertise to ensure efficient operations and safeguard inventory
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver outstanding shopping experiences
• Strong Communication skills for effective team leadership, customer engagement, and issue resolution
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational goals
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in the retail or sales industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is desirable
