Managing the ICT budget, procurement, contracts, and vendors.

Troubleshooting and resolving the ICT issues and incidents, and providing technical support and guidance to the users and staff.

Evaluating and recommending new ICT solutions and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Designing, coordinating, scheduling, and conducting ICT training and development programs for the users and staff, such as workshops, demonstrations, courses, and manuals.

Assessing the ICT skills and needs of the users and staff, and providing feedback and coaching to enhance their performance and competence.

• Preparation and deliver classes and collaborate with co-workers to develop curriculum for program contents, delivery as well as taught 
• Participate and supervising group work / student academic projects 
• Preparation and supervising of CBT exams as well as PPT exams
• Maintain academic/professional growth through attendance at scheduled 
• Student evaluation, counselling, support any other responsibility
