Position: Asset Integrity Management Engineer
Key Responsibility: Implementing, developing and maintaining the operation and maintenance for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Creation of maintenance plans from equipment maintenance strategies.
Assist reliability engineer to develop equipment maintenance strategy according to Failure Modes, Effects, Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability centered Maintenance (RCM).
Reading and interpretation of Process and Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS)’s and Process & Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID)’s for the population of Master Tag list, Asset Register (AR) and Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW) etc.
Ensure appropriate involvement in other master data activities; integrate Reliability Engineering, Materials, Projects and safety requirements.
Ensures the application of standardized codes for equipment and task craft assignment for all maintenance activities.
Gather, populate and verify maintenance management data in conformity with clients
