I’m a designer that sees design beyond aesthetics. For me design is understanding customers' needs and designing products to meet those needs conveniently. The idea is to maintain this ideology irrespective of the touchpoint through which the customers engage with the product. I conceptualize and design solutions that enable stronger customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

I have a great understanding of how the experience I design leads to delivering business values. I have developed that high level thinking on how to identify market opportunities, customers needs, and turn this insight into products that are irresistible to customers. My goal is to design usable, inclusive, and accessible products.

I’m a multifaceted skillful individual who has worked across several industries and sectors ranging from insurance, finance, health, education, and nonprofits. I have a strong background in branding, research and design and am familiar with best practices and UX methodologies. My solutions are user-centric and focused on the result: more conversions, less time, more clarity.

Over the years I have continued to learn and improve on my skill set and pay special attention to current and future trends and technologies.
