Working with a team of other supporting professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors
Adapting plans according to situations and resolving any arising problems during construction.
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for specific projects.
Experience
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
Ensuring projects run according to schedule and budget.
Negotiating with various contractors and other site professionals.
Attending meetings with clients to discuss their requirements.
Supporting the project and team management.
Travelling to site location to check on progress within and outside base location to building sites, prospective locations and scheduled meetings.
Perform other duties as required
Education
