As a Psychosocial Assistant, I am supporting the collection of ICRS data for the provision of psychosocial first aid to the target population. I am also supporting the ICRS Project officer and the ICRS Team leader on the field coordination for the implementation of psychological and psychosocial activities. Additionally, I am supporting planning logistics for the implementation of individual and group recreational, educational, and sensitization activities for the program participants, and conflict mediation if necessary as well as supporting Government official with their filed mission and processing their TDY Allowances. With excellent organizational and time management skills, I am conducting regular updates for psychological and psychosocial assessment data collected for the ICRS system and local Data system that I supported the team in creating on Microsoft office in various communities and ensure accurate data entry. I also support the referral process to government institutions for the provision of additional support and participate in regular staff meetings and other meetings with implementing partners and other relevant stakeholders.
