Ensured that media and reagents were labelled correctly and prepared according to the Manufacturer's instructions for the cultivation of microorganisms.
Carried out microbiological analysis of animal feed samples. Analysis such as; microbial cultures, biochemical tests, and antibiotic susceptibility testing, for the detection, identification and enumeration of microorganisms present in each sample collected.
Examined the antibiotic susceptibility test on microorganisms to determine the susceptibility pattern of these microorganisms to the antibiotics used.
Conducted water sample microbial analysis and chemical analysis to ensure chemical and microbial safety of the water samples.
Conducted Mycotoxin analysis such as Aflatoxin test using the ELISA test kit, Infectious Basal Disease test, on animal feed samples to ensure that the level of mycotoxins present in the feed samples is not beyond acceptable limit.
