Amongst other things, I prepared Affidavit to Show Cause, Motion on Notice discharging/setting aside the Ex-parte order and Counter Affidavit in opposition to the Motion on Notice for Final Forfeiture against the Applicant.
- Member of the team that represented the Appellants in AIR MARSHAL ADESOLA AMOSU NUNAYON (RTD) & ANOR V. EFCC., a final order for forfeiture. Amongst other things, I prepared a Notice of Appeal and Motion on Notice for Stay of Execution and Appellant Brief of Argument against the Respondent.
- Member of the team for the 1st Defendant in FRN V AIR MARSHAL ADESOLA AMOSU NUNAYON (RTD) & 2 ORS, a Criminal proceeding on stealing, conspiracy and money laundering. Amongst other things, I prepared Summons for Bail Application on behalf of the 1st Defendant and a Motion on Notice striking out the Charge for lack of Jurisdiction.

Amongst other things, I prefer Motion on Notice for Issuance of Warrant of Arrest, Counter Affidavit in response to the Motion for Stay of Execution of Warrant of Arrest, Motion on Notice for the Execution of the Warrant of Arrest and Motion on Notice for an Interim Forfeiture of Property to the Federal Government.
