• Perform physical tank dips every morning and evening to cross-check sales against remaining volume, identifying and stopping product losses immediately.
• Supervise, train, and schedule shifts for a team of pump attendants and cashiers to ensure fast, polite, and honest customer service.
• Oversee the safe offloading of fuel tankers, confirming truck volumes and quality parameters before discharge into underground tanks.
• Reconcile daily sales sheets against pump meters and financial receipts, balancing accounts with 100% accuracy.
