- Monitor cassava farm establishment and ensure compliance with project standards
- Support beneficiaries with training on good agronomic practices
- Collect field data and prepare accurate reports
- Monitor the distribution and utilization of project inputs including land preparation, cassava stems, fertilizer and herbicide
- Work closely with community leaders and project management to achieve programme target
- Conduct community sensitization and stakeholder engagement
- Supervise up to 200 beneficiary and farmers throughout the production cycle
- Mobilize and register young female aged 18-33 for the programme
