Adeniyi Adedoyin

In December 2019, I completed my undergraduate studies and obtained a degree in Local Government and Development Studies which has provided training in the use of skills, which include filing, data processing, records management and written communication.

I began my sales career about seven years ago as a sales associate. This role taught me the best practice of promoting and selling products, along with understanding consumer behaviors.

In this role, I managed transactions and spent time on the shop floor organizing our shelves and assisting customers.

My job also required answering phones, which gave me experience managing angry or upset concerns and developing techniques to solve their issues efficiently and effectively.

My impressive performance led me to my current role as a branch operations supervisor, and I currently manage a team of 20 sales associate.
