- Requests price quotations of materials, technologies, technical or specialty services, etc. from both accredited and non-accredited or source for commercially available suppliers
- Quarterly updates the database of material prices from the quotations received. Maintains proper documentation and keeps a good record of files to support the estimation works
- Makes quantity take-off and cost estimate based on drawings provided by the end-user
