Rotating Equipment/Maintenance Engineer (FPSO)

Improve rotating equipment efficiency through upgrading programs and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the reliability performance of rotating equipment, and take corrective actions to close gaps.
Collect and maintain a reliability databank based on fleet and industry reliability data.
Calculate reliability figures such as MTBF, reliability, and availability.
Analyze data to support efficient asset management and develop an asset risk inventory to mitigate.
Conduct RCA and deep dives on recurring downtime events, and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
Collaborate with maintenance and supply chain departments to advise on stock level control of spares based on reliability analysis.
Design, specify, inspect, test, and commission new or upgraded rotating equipment systems.
